We are not making any compromises regarding the quality - we have top class equipment and use only high class professional cosmetic brands.  Our therapists are well trained professionals. In order to provide our guests with proper environment for total spa experience everyone is expected to respect the spa etiquette.

 

Splendid Spa Club is working only with reservations. Please make your reservations over the phone 955 9004 as early as possible in order to meet your preferences for hours and treatments.

 

We have therapists of both sexes. If you have any gender preferences, please tell us when making the reservation and we will do our best to fulfill them.

 

In order to have acomplete spa experience, please come 10 minutes, before your reserved hour. In cases of delay we have to reduce or totally refuse the reserved treatment.

 

If you want to refuse your appointment, you have to do it 24 hours in advance.

 

If you have any specific health problems, please inform us when making your reservation, in order to suggest you the best treatments for your specific needs.

 

 

As a guest of Splendid Spa Club, for the most of the treatments you will receive bath robe, disposable slippers, disposable pants and other accessories to provide you with a total spa experience. Please wear them in the spa center.

 

Although we provide you with security environment, we advice you not to take any valuables. Splendid Spa Club is not responsible for any missing belongings.

 

In most of the body treatments you are fully naked. To provide you with a maximum comfort, we will give you disposable underwear. Our therapists are trained in the “art of covering” and in mostly cases only the parts of the body that we are working on are uncovered.

 

 

Your perfect experience as a guest of Splendid Spa Club and receiving the highest quality of the treatments is very important for us. Please do not hesitate to communicate with your therapist if you feel any discomfort as well as if you have any requests about the temperature, the light, the pressure or the volume of the music, etc. Our therapists are perfectly trained professionals and will answer to your specific requests.

 

Your opinion is very important for us because we want a permanent upgrade of our services and meet in the best possible way your high expectations. Please share your suggestions, complaints, ideas or praises with the spa manager.

 

Be aware of sun exposure and receiving any specific treatments. Please comment this with your therapist.
